ORIENTATIONS:

Both school and work places need orientation. This is meant to help the new comers familiarize themselves with the systems of the institution and help them to adapt to the new environment. For the young, each phase of the child’s education calls for orientation.

I need to add that this is more so for adolescents entering into tertiary institutions. The aim is to check the euphoria of fresh students and get to their consciousness the limits that exist in their new acquired freedom.
